Refund Policy

In order to process a return:

1. Send an email to hello@sevenscrown.com titled: RETURN with your name, shipping address, order #, and the item(s) you want to return

2. You will hear back from us with a Return Confirmation Number (RCN)

4. Repack the merchandise and enclose the printed email confirmation you received from us

5. Attach the completed Return Address Label to your package and send to us via the carrier of your choice

Sevens Crown Hats, LLC will process a credit/refund for your hat(s) as soon as the returned item is received.
